In 1976 I began my entrepreneurial journey with the Century 21 brand. After hearing about a "new brand" coming to town I decided to do a little research on my own and find out if people really knew anything about this new brand. Century 21 was strong in the Chicago area so I decided to do my idea of scientific research and I drove to the Chicago area and asked random people where the nearest real estate office was located. Person after person pointed the way to the Black and Gold, CENTURY 21 offices located throughout the city. This unscientific method of research told me that this was a brand to be reckoned with, I was SOLD! I purchased the first CENTURY 21 franchise in the state of Indiana and led the way for a new model of real estate business and service for the consumer and agent. From the inception of this company I have embraced change, taken risk to implement new systems and built my company on a strong foundation of giving back to the community, service to the consumer, and surrounding myself with a strong leadership team.
